There are some electronic forms that all parents must complete every year in order for their child to attend school. These forms are accessed through PowerSchool from the District website.
Accessing the Parent Portal on PowerSchool
- You can access the portal directly at https://ps.claytonschools.net/ or www.claytonschools.net/powerschool.
- You can also visit the District website at www.claytonschools.net and click on the “P” in the toolbar on the right side of the homepage. NOTE: If you are browsing from a mobile device, you will find the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
To complete the forms, click on your child’s name at the top. You must complete the forms for each child. Then click on Forms.
These are required:
- Health and Safety Guidelines 20-21 guidelines about health and safety procedures due to COVID-19 (acknowledge).
- Annual Student Health Information Form permission to receive medicine from the school nurse and to be treated in an emergency
- Student Data Confirmation Request verifying and updating family contact information
- Permission Form offer consent for field trips, Directory Information, Limited Directory Information/Buzz Book, Media Permission, Virtual Library Card Program, Google Additional Services and sign-off of Acceptable Use Policy for computers at school.
