Childcare is available on full-time basis, occasional usage and/or "Late Start Day" mornings. The fee for full time (5 days a week) is $230 for one child and an additional $175 for second child. Any combination of 5 hours or less in increments of 30 minutes is $105. Occasional use of the service is $10 an hour. Childcare for "Late Start" mornings is $5. In each case, your child must be pre-registered for this service and a registration fee of $25 must be paid.
Childcare will be provided on teacher in-service days, field trips, and conference days. Permission forms must be completed for each child attending the day programs. Please sign your child in/out each day by logging the time and your signature on the sign in/out sheet in the center. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your child, the Site Director will need to be notified. Whoever comes to pick up your child will need to show identification and will need to know the code word that you have designated on the registration form. Your child will not be released to someone who is unable to furnish the staff with the code word and proper identification. In the event this occurs, the Site Director will attempt to contact the parent for verification.
Please notify the staff if a child is going to be absent. Send a note, phone the office during school hours, or phone the Center from 3:15-6:00 p.m. Occasional users need to notify the staff when children are going to come.
Children are to be picked up by 6:00 p.m. If you find you are going to be late, please give the Site Director a call. A phone call helps us know when you will arrive so that we can share this information with your child thus relieving any anxiety your child may experience when you are not able to pick up at your usual time. Additionally, there will be a late fee charged. This fee will be $5 for first 5 minutes, plus $1 per minute will be charged for those children not picked up by 6:00 p.m.
