Meramec Elementary School

In addition to student responsibilities concerning self-discipline and appropriate school behavior, students are also encouraged to demonstrate effort toward their academic growth, citizenship, and student leadership.  In an effort to foster student growth and progress, individual student achievements are recognized at the end of the school year during grade level "Celebrations of Learning" and "Fifth Grade Showcase."

Student academic growth and personal development are integral parts of our school's purpose.  Formal recognition of each student's achievements is necessary to actively model the importance of setting personal goals and celebrating one's growth and progress made toward those goals in the life long process of learning.
