•     Birthdays

    To ensure the safety and health of our children, Meramec, like Captain and Glenridge will not be continuing the practice of serving any food items or treats as part of birthday celebrations.  Please note our "nut free" policy located in the Parent Handbook.
     
    Your child's birthday will be announced to the entire school during morning announcements.  The office will give each child a birthday pencil, bookmark and sticker.  The classroom will sing "Happy Birthday" to the birthday boy/girl. 
     
    If your child is having a birthday party outside of school, we are happy to distribute invitations at school if all students from the class are invited.
     
    We appreciate your support and partnership in making sure Meramec is a safe place for all children.
