    Class of 2025

    All students are required to request their transcripts through MaiaLearning. Once you have submitted your transcript request, the Counseling Office will send your transcript to the requested schools of your choice. Instructions for requesting transcripts in MaiaLearning may be found here. 

    Recent Grads (Class of 2024)

    If you need an unofficial transcript (insurance discounts, summer programs, etc), you should have access to the records in Powerschool through mid-summer of the graduating school year. If you need an official copy, please reach out to Mrs.Stiegemeier via email or call 314-854-6629. Please make sure you include the email address you want your transcript sent to when requesting a transcript. 

    Former Grads (Class of 2022 or earlier)

    Clayton High School may only process transcripts requests for one school year beyond graduation. For all other transcript requests prior to class of 2023, please contact Julie Engelhard via email.
