1. Students must apply in the fall of their senior year during the signup window.
2. Students must demonstrate proficiency in English according to the criteria set by the state.
3. Students must demonstrate proficiency or advanced proficiency in another language.
4. Students must write and submit an essay to demonstrate sociocultural competency.
