Meramec Elementary School

 

To ensure the safety and health of our children, Meramec, like Captain and Glenridge will not serve any food items or treats as part of birthday celebrations. 

 

Your child's name will be announced during morning announcements for his/her birthday.  The office gives each child a birthday pencil, bookmark and sticker.

 

The classroom will sing "Happy Birthday" to the birthday boy/girl and have a crown.

 

Some parents come to lunch on their child's birthday and bring something special.  You are welcome at any time to join your child for lunch.  Just check in at the office before our 11:20 lunchtime.

  

If your child is having a birthday party outside of school, please do not distribute invitations at school unless the entire class is invited, or all boys to a boys' party and all girls to a girls' party.
