• Listen Buddy by Helen Lester

    by Length:

This is a recording of the students performing Listen Buddy by Helen Lester.   Readers Theater tells a story using no props or costumes only one's voice to convey the meaning.  We practiced our fluency with a focus on voice projection and inflection, timing, believability of character and clarity of voice.  Students practiced reading their parts separately and together as a group many times before recording our podcast.  Technology Specialist, Mark Lynn, taught students how to use garage band to produce the recording.  We sent the podcast to Itunes and our Technology Specialist, Denise Stouffer, posted to our Summer Experience website.  We hope that you enjoy.
