• Stay Informed: Long-Range Facilities Master Plan

    February 2025 Update

The School District of Clayton is pleased to share the findings from our Long-Range Facilities Master Plan process. To develop this plan, the District followed a comprehensive engagement process to assess facility maintenance needs and identify priority projects that will shape the District’s future.

The District's Long Range Facilities Master Plan was developed in partnership with Paragon Architecture. The 10-month study included a series of community input sessions, in-depth building assessments and a demographic study to analyze enrollment trends. The findings from this study were shared with the community at the Feb. 19 Board of Education meeting.
