  • Student Council Teacher Reference Form

    In order to be considered for membership, you will need three references.  Please copy the following information, adding their name and your name, and email three current or former teachers, asking them to complete a reference form for you.  If you do not have three completed references, your application will be considered incomplete.

Decisions will be made no later than Monday, September 26th. The first official Student Council meeting for new members will be held on Wednesday, September 28th from 3:20 - 4:15 pm in Room 232.
